Ingredients
- 1 c softened butter (230 g)
- 1/2 cup confectioners sugar (75 g)
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 1/4 c flour (300 g)
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3/4 c chopped pecans or hazelnuts (100 g)
- confectioners sugar for dusting
Steps
1) Mix butter, sugar, vanilla
2) Add flour, salt, nuts, and mix to form dough
3) shape into 1" balls
4) Bake on ungreased baking sheet for 10-12 min at 200C
5) Remove from oven and carefully roll in confectioners sugar
6) Cool, then roll in sugar again.
