Ingredients

  • 2 large tomatoes grated
  • 200 g feta grated
  • 200 g provolone grated or halloumi if you can find it
  • 2 eggs
  • Dry oregano
  • 300-350 g filo cut in 1 cm ribbons
  • 175 ml whole milk
  • Handful of walnuts

Steps

1) Grease pan and add half of the filo as a nest 2) in a bowl mix grated tomatoes grated cheeses (both), one egg and oregano and salt. Mix well 3) arrange tomato mixture on top of filo bed 4) cover with the other filo left 5)In a bowl whisk milk, 1 egg and salt 6) pour on top of filo 7) bake in the oven at 180 C for 30 min 8) when done drizzle some EVOO and walnuts
