Ingredients
- 4 onions
- 1 clove garlic
- red pepper, divided
- green pepper, divided
- 400 g ground meat
- 200 mL tomato sauce
- 1 hard boiled egg (optional)
- salt
- assorted spices
- quarter red or green pepper
- 1 Tbs flour
- 1 cup white wine
- chicken stock
- grated cheese
Steps
Slice off the top of the onions. Hollow with a small spoon, ideally a melon baller, leaving 1-2 layers
Saute garlic, half of red pepper, half of green pepper, onion guts.
Add ground meat and brown.
Add tomato sauce, salt, spices, and diced boiled egg
In a new pan, saute remaining pepper (diced)
Add flower
Add white wine and evaporate alcohol
Add chicken broth.
Blend.
Fill onions
Cook onions in sauce on stove, COVERED on low heat for 30 minutes to steam.
Optionally, add cheese and broil.
