Ingredients
- Tortos
- 250 g corn flour
- 60 g flour
- 3 g salt
- 240 mL lukewarm water
- Toppings
- 250 g picadillo
- 150 g queso Cabrales
- 4 fried eggs
- Extra virgin olvie oil
Steps
Mix flour, corn flour, salt. Gradually add water, mixing with a fork.
Separate into balls, and roll 1/2 cm thick
Fry tortos.
Serve topped with picadillo, queso, eggs, olive oil
