Ingredients

  • Tortos
    • 250 g corn flour
    • 60 g flour
    • 3 g salt
    • 240 mL lukewarm water
  • Toppings
    • 250 g picadillo
    • 150 g queso Cabrales
    • 4 fried eggs
    • Extra virgin olvie oil

Steps

Mix flour, corn flour, salt. Gradually add water, mixing with a fork. Separate into balls, and roll 1/2 cm thick Fry tortos. Serve topped with picadillo, queso, eggs, olive oil
