Ingredients
- 1 large onion
- 2 lb ground beef (15% fat)
- 2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 4 Tbs yogurt
- 2 Tbs milk
- butter, for frying
Steps
1) Puree onion in food processor. Strain and keep the liquid. toss the solids.
2) Add beef, seasoning, salt, yogurt, milk and combine. shape into a log. and wrap in baking paper. Refrigerate 2 hours. Then freeze 8 hours.
3) Remove from freezer. Rest 5 minutes. Slice with knife. It helps to keep clean between cuts with warm water.
4) Fry in butter over high heat.

Use a sharp knife, and store in hot water between cuts
