Ingredients
- 2 inch ginger, peeled and chopped
- 6 cloves garlic, peeled
- 4 green onions, sliced
- 1 hot pepper
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp ground allspice
- 2Tbs brown sugar
- 1/2 c soy sauce
- 3Tbs lime juice
- 3Tbs olive oil
- 8 chicken thighs
Steps
Coarsely blend ginger, garlic, green onions, hot pepper, and thyme.
Add allspice, brown sugar, sugar, soy sauce, lime juice, olive oil. Puree
Marinade chicken overnight, reserving 1/4 cup for later
Bake in slow cooker 6-7 hours (or covered in oven 90 C)
Brush with marinade. Broil 3-4 min
