Ingredients

  • 2 inch ginger, peeled and chopped
  • 6 cloves garlic, peeled
  • 4 green onions, sliced
  • 1 hot pepper
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp ground allspice
  • 2Tbs brown sugar
  • 1/2 c soy sauce
  • 3Tbs lime juice
  • 3Tbs olive oil
  • 8 chicken thighs

Steps

Coarsely blend ginger, garlic, green onions, hot pepper, and thyme. Add allspice, brown sugar, sugar, soy sauce, lime juice, olive oil. Puree Marinade chicken overnight, reserving 1/4 cup for later Bake in slow cooker 6-7 hours (or covered in oven 90 C) Brush with marinade. Broil 3-4 min
