Ingredients

  • 3 cups Rhubab
  • 1 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup Flour
  • 2 cups Sliced Strawberries
  • 1 Double Pie Crust
  • 2 Tbs Butter
  • 1/3 cup sugar

Steps

1) Mix rhubarb, sugar, flour. Add strawberries. Let stand for 1 hour 2) Transfer filling to pie crust. Dot with butter 3) Cover pie with second shell 4) Vent & sprinke with sugar 5) Bake 425F for 15 min. Then 350F for 45-50 min

    Squeeze the strawberries out gently before baking. Could use more fruit. Cut to 1 C sugar
