Ingredients

  • 2 heads Romanesco cauliflower, cut into florets *
  • 4 Tbs olive oil *
  • 1 Tsp cumin *
  • 1 Tsp allspice *
  • Salt and Pepper *
  • 5 Tbs tahini (75 g) **
  • 4 Tbs lemon juice **
  • 1 clove garlic, pressed **
  • 100 mL water (7 Tbs)
  • 2 Tbs pomegranate seeds

Steps

1) Preheat oven to 400 F 2) Toss cauliflower with (*) olive oil, cumin, allspice, salt, pepper. Bake 20-30 min, tossing halfway through 3) Mix (**) tahini, lemon juice, garlic. 4) Cool cauliflower to room temperature. Toss with tahini sauce. Serve topped with pomegranate seeds
