Ingredients
- 2 heads Romanesco cauliflower, cut into florets *
- 4 Tbs olive oil *
- 1 Tsp cumin *
- 1 Tsp allspice *
- Salt and Pepper *
- 5 Tbs tahini (75 g) **
- 4 Tbs lemon juice **
- 1 clove garlic, pressed **
- 100 mL water (7 Tbs)
- 2 Tbs pomegranate seeds
Steps
1) Preheat oven to 400 F
2) Toss cauliflower with (*) olive oil, cumin, allspice, salt, pepper.
Bake 20-30 min, tossing halfway through
3) Mix (**) tahini, lemon juice, garlic.
4) Cool cauliflower to room temperature. Toss with tahini sauce. Serve topped with pomegranate seeds
