Ingredients
- 4 Red Peppers
- 2 cloves garlic, sliced
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 2 Tbs capers
- 1/4 cup katamalla olives
- 2 Tbs za'atar
- 2 Tbs apple cider vinegar
- 4 Tbs extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Steps
Preheat oven to 400F
Slice pepper in half through the stem. Remove seeds, leaving stem in place to make a cup.
Combine garlic, tomatoes, capers, olives, za'atar, vinegar, oil, salt, pepper.
Fill pepper with filling. place pepper on baking sheet, and cover sheet with foil.
Bake 20 min. Uncover. Bake 20-30 min more.
