Ingredients

  • 8 uncooked (1lb Turkey, deli slices
  • 8 thin (2 oz) Ham, deli slices
  • 8 slices (4 oz) Swiss cheese
  • 1 Tbs Dijon mustard
  • 7 Tbs Bread Crumbs
  • 3/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • Paprika
  • 3 Tbs Mayonnaise

Steps

1) Flatten turkey slices to 8 inch thickness 2) Top each with a slice of ham and cheese 3) Spread with mustard 4) Roll up tightly and secure with toothpicks 5) Combine bread crumbs, salt, pepper, and paprika 6) Brush turkey roll-ups with mayonnaise, then coat with crumb mixture 7) Bake in 11x7 pan sprayed with Pam, at 425F for 20-25 minutes or until meat juices run clear 8) Cut each roll into thirds
