Ingredients
- 4 Tbs oil
- paneer - 4L milk+ 2 lemons
- 2 tsp cumin seeds
- 2 medium onion
- 1 large red pepper
- 2 Tbs ginger, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, chopped
- 800 g chopped tomato
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1/4 tsp hot paprika
- 2 Tbs ground coriander
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 Tbs garam masala
- 2 Tbs fenugreek leaves
- 4 Tbs butter
- Rice, to serve
Steps
Slice (don't cube) the paneer and pan fry (you may want to coat in oil and salt first). Remove from heat and cool. Cube.
Fry cumin seeds 1 min.
Add onions, peppers, ginger, garlic, 5 min.
Add tomatoes, turmeric, paprika, coriander, salt. Simmer covered 10 min.
Purre
Add 1/2 cup water and boil
Add paneer. Simmer covered 5 min
Add garam masala, butter, fenugreek, and cream. Stir
Serve with rice.

Double the recipe. Serve with rice
