Ingredients
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 Tbs Flour
- 3/4 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 3 Eggs
- 11/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 11/2 cup Milk
- 2 Tbs light molasses
- 2 Tbs melted butter
Steps
1) Combine sugar, flour, salt, ginger, nutmeg
2) Beat in eggs
3) Stir in pumpkin, milk, molasses, and butter
4) Pour into greased 11/2 quart souffle dish
5) Bake 11/4 hours at 350F (until knife comes out clean)
6) Serve with ice cream or whipped cream
