Ingredients
- 130 g unsalted butter
- 200 g white flour
- A pinch of salt
- 55 g caster sugar
- 2 tbsp corn starch
Steps
1) Cut the butter in small pieces and mix in a food processor with the sugar
2) Add to the food processor the rest of the ingredient and beat until they get a crumbly consistency
3) Take all the dough and knead the dough until soft
4) Put the dough on a pie container. It should be around 1.5 cm thick
5) With a knife make 16 radial and superficial cuts and poke Whiles for decoration with a toothpick
6) Bake at 350 F for 30 min, but check often so it does not burn
