Ingredients

  • 1 bunch of asparagus cut into 3 parts
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp ketchup
  • 2 tbsp sweet pickle relish
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 pkg salad greens
  • 1 cup matchstick carrots
  • 4 hard boiled eggs cut in quarters
  • 8 oz smoked salmon

Steps

1) Sauté asparagus 2) In a bowl stir together mayonnaise, ketchup, relish, Worcestershire sauce, season with salt 3) Arrange the greens, put the other ingredients on top 4) Spoon the dressing on top
