Ingredients
- 1 bunch of asparagus cut into 3 parts
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tbsp sweet pickle relish
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 pkg salad greens
- 1 cup matchstick carrots
- 4 hard boiled eggs cut in quarters
- 8 oz smoked salmon
Steps
1) Sauté asparagus
2) In a bowl stir together mayonnaise, ketchup, relish, Worcestershire sauce, season with salt
3) Arrange the greens, put the other ingredients on top
4) Spoon the dressing on top
