Ingredients

  • 3 cups sugar
  • 3/4 cup Butter
  • 5 oz Evaporated Milk
  • 12 oz semi-sweet choc chips
  • 7-oz (small) jar fluff
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 cup (opt) Chopped walnuts

Steps

1) Heat sugar, butter, and evaporated milk over medium heat in 3-quart pan 2) Bring to rolling boil until it reaches 234FF, stirring constantly 3) (About 4 minutes) Remove from heat 4) Stir in chocolate and fluff until melted 5) Then stir in vanilla and optional nuts 6) Spread into greased 9" square pan
