Ingredients

  • 1 or 2 spaghetti squash for a total of 2.5 lb
  • 2 cups of water
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 8oz fresh spinaches
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
  • Grated parmesan

Steps

1) Heat oven 450 F. Cut squash in half, clean seeds and put in a baking tray. Add water and bake for 1 hour 2) When done let cool down and carefully removed spaghetti with fork. Put aside 3) Wilt spinaches with oil. Add garlic, salt and, peppers. And mix well 4) Toss spaghetti to pan with spinaches 5) Serve with Parmesan on top
