Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • .5 tsp minced fresh sage
  • 3/4 (8oz) pkgs cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 16 oz frozen corn
  • 1.5 cups of sharp cheddar
  • 1 tbsp chives

Steps

1) Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease a baking dish 2) In a pot melt butter on low heat. Add the garlic and minced sage. Cook for 1 min stirring often. Add cream cheese and cook until melted. Add milk and combine 3) Remove pot from heat and stir in the corn and the 1 cup of cheddar. Season with salt and pepper. Transfer to baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining cheese 4) Bake 20 min. The broil 2 min until top is golden. Garnish with the chives
