Ingredients

  • 16 oz of rigatoni
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 12 oz of chorizo
  • 1/2 lb kale
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan

Steps

1) Boil pasta. Resrved some of the pasta water when done 2) Fry the chorizo for 6 minutes until brown 3) Add kale to the skillet and salt and cook until wilted 4) Toss the the pan the rigatoni with the chorizo, kale and add some of the reserved water if the dish looks too dry 5) add Parmesan on top
