Ingredients
- 3 bunch of green onions
- Light sour cream
- Frozen spinach
- Fresh dill
- Frozen pierogi
- 1 tsp powder garlic
- Parmesan grated cheese
- Olive oil
Steps
1) Baked pierogi according to box instructions
2) Fry in a pan with olive oil the sliced green onions
3) Add 1.5 cups of sour cream to the pan. Also add 10oz of defrost spinach, 3 tbsp of chopped dill, garlic and salt.
4) Once the mixture has thicken up, combine with pierogi
