Ingredients

  • 3 bunch of green onions
  • Light sour cream
  • Frozen spinach
  • Fresh dill
  • Frozen pierogi
  • 1 tsp powder garlic
  • Parmesan grated cheese
  • Olive oil

Steps

1) Baked pierogi according to box instructions 2) Fry in a pan with olive oil the sliced green onions 3) Add 1.5 cups of sour cream to the pan. Also add 10oz of defrost spinach, 3 tbsp of chopped dill, garlic and salt. 4) Once the mixture has thicken up, combine with pierogi
