Ingredients

  • 4 1/2 Tbs sugar
  • 1 Tbs Flour
  • 1 1/2 Tbs cocoa
  • 2 Tbs Milk
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 Egg white
  • 1 tsp powdered sugar

Steps

1) Coat 2 6-oz ramekin dishes with cooking spray, then sprinkle with 3/4 tsp sugar 2) Combine 2 Tbs sugar, flour, cocoa & milk in small saucepan 3) Cook 2 min over medium heat, stirring until smooth 4) Cool 4 minutes, then add vanilla 5) Beat egg white, adding 2 Tbs sugar, to stiff peaks 6) Fold egg whites into chocolate mixture, and spoon into ramekins 7) Place ramekins on baking sheet, bake 15 min at 350F, or until puffy & set 8) Sprinkle each with 1/2 tsp sugar & serve immediately
