Ingredients
- 1 medium stalk celery
- 1/4 chopped basil fresh
- 1 small lemon
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 8 slices whole wheat bread
- 4 leaves lettuce
Steps
1) 15 min total time
2) Thinly sliced lettuce and chop basil. Mix una bowl with lemon juice mayonnaise and mustard. Season with salt and pepper
