Ingredients
- *1/2 can Chipotle Adobo
- *3 Tbs salt
- *4 cloves garlic
- *2 Tbs oregano
- 5 lb Pork Shoulder
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- Flour tortillias
Steps
1) Blend * ingredients
Cut pork into 2 inch strips.
Marinade pork in sauce 24 hours
2) Cover pork and cook at 325 F for 4 hours. Shred.
3) Combine pork and cheese to make quesadilla.

chipotle adobo is "chilis in chipotle sauce".
Dial down the salt.

Used 2 tsp harina paste. That worked well, and half a cup of cooking wine. Also, 1 kg of meat
