Ingredients
- Tuna
- 4 tuna steaks
- 1/4 c black sesame seeds
- 1/4 c white sesame seeds
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 Tbs olive oil
- Wisabi mayonnaise
- 2 tbs wasabi powder
- 2 tbs water
- 1/2 c mayonnaise
- Anago Sauce
- 6 Tbs soy sauce
- 4 Tbs mirin
- 2 Tbs brown sugar
- dash of rice wine vinegar
- 2 avocados, thinly sliced
Steps
Whisk wisabi ingredients together. Rest in refrigerator 1 hour
Combine anago ingredients in a sauce pan and briefly bring to boil. Simmer until slightly thickened
Combine sesame seeds, salt, pepper. Toss over Tuna. Sear 1 min on flat sides. 20 sec on edges. Cut 1/2 inch slices. Serve with sauces
