Ingredients
- ΒΌ cup chopped hazelnuts
- 12 pitted dates
- 2 green apples
- 12 oz shredded Brussels Sprouts
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 cup greek yogurt
- 3 Tbs olive oil
- 3 Tbs lemon juice
- 1 tsp oregano, dried
Steps
1) Toast hazelnuts for 2-3 minutes. Cool.
2) Cut dates into strips. Peel apples and cut to matchsticks.
Mix dates, apples, and Brussels Sprouts
3) Mix remaining ingredients and toss over salad. Top with hazelnuts.
