Ingredients

  • 7 cups fish stock
  • 3/4 cup. Uncooked orzo
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 3/4 lb flounder
  • Fresh dill

Steps

1) In a pot boil broth. Then add orzo and cook till dente. Reduce heat to low 2) Beat in a bowl the eggs. Add lemon juice. Add slowly 1/3 cup of broth 3) Stir gradually the egg mixture into the broth pot 4) Add flounder cut in pieces and cook until flaky 5) Add salt pepper and dill
