Ingredients
- Cooking spray
- 4 oz Monterrey cheese
- 6oz marinated artichokes
- Cup frozen spinach
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 16 oz pillsbury buttermilk biscuits
Steps
1) Preheat oven to 375F. Coat muffin pan with cooking spray
2) Cut cheese into 16 cubes
3) Mix chopped spinach es and artichokes with the sour cream, salt and garlic.
4) Roll and stretch the biscuits. Place in the center of each biscuit a cube of cheese and a tbsp of the veg mix. Pinch dough to close it
5) Coat the top on the Bona with oil spray. Bake 15 to 20 min
