Ingredients
- Pizza dough
- 5 medium potatoes
- Fresh rosemary
- 5 garlics
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- Shredded Parmesan
Steps
1) Preheat oven to 425 F. Baked full garlic covered in olive oil for 10 min. Peel garlic and blend with oil to make white sauce
2) Roll pizza in heated stone, spread the white garlic sauce in top
3) Slice potatoes thinly, and sprinkle with olive oil, salt, pepper and fresh rosemary. Arrange on top of the pizza
4) Sprinkle pizza with parm cheese
5) Bake for 20-25 min
