Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 5 tbsp butter
  • 1 tpsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup white flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • light frying oil (4 cups)
  • For coating 1/4 cup sugar and 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

Steps

1) In a pot add the water, butter, sugar and salt and bring to boil until butter melts. 2) Turn off heat after the water has boiled and mix with flour until you get a dough 3) Place dough in a bowl and let cool down 4) In another bowl beat the eggs and mix with vanilla 5) Mix dough with eggs and blend untill thick and smooth 6) Heat frying oil to 350. While heating fill pastry bag with dough 7) Push snippets of dough in the oil and fry until golden brown 8) Remove from oil, drain in paper towel, and coat with suggar and cinnamon
