Ingredients

  • 1 Tbs Olive Oil
  • 2 garlic
  • 1/2 cup Rice
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup Quinoa
  • 1 cup corn
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 can small red beans, drained
  • 4 Tortillas, burrito size
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 4 leaves romaine, torn

Steps

Fry sliced garlic. Add rice, 2 cups water, and salt. Cook. In the meantime, cook quiona according to directions. Heat corn and drain. Mix rice, quiona, corn, and beans and heat through. Warm tortillas. Combine everything into burritos
