Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup tamari soy sauce
  • 2 Tbs maple syrup
  • 1/2 inch ginger, peeled and grated
  • 1 green onion
  • 2 tsp sesame seeds
  • 1 Tbs olive oil
  • 1 med. shallot, diced
  • 1 cup thinly sliced shiitake mushrooms
  • 1/2 lb sliced Brussels sprouts
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, peeled and minced
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 25 wonton wrappers

Steps

1) Whisk together tamari, syrup, ginger, green onion, and sesame seeds. Set aside 2) Saute shallots ~3 min. Add mushrooms and saute ~2 min. Add Brussels sprouts, garlic, ginger, salt and pepper. Cook ~1 min until slightly wilted. Remove from heat and cool slightly. 3) Add 1 Tbs filling to each wonton wrapper. Dip finger in water and moisten sides of wrapper. Fold into triangle and pinch sealed. 4) Pan fry pot stickers until golden. ~1 min per side. 5) Serve with dipping sauce.
