Ingredients

  • Pizza Crusts - 2
  • 2 Tbs olive oil, divided
  • 1 red onion, sliced
  • 2 Tbs sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 8 oz brie
  • 4 oz Gorgonzola
  • 1 pear
  • 2 sprigs thyme
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella

Steps

Heat 1 Tbs oil. Add onions, salt, sugar. Cook 15 min. Keep cooking, adding dashes of wine until evaporated. Stop when onions are soft and carmelized Preheat to 475 Make pizza. Coat dough with oil, and pinch of salt. Add onions, cheeses, sliced pears. Sprinkle with fresh thyme. Bake 10 min. Broil 2 min.
