Ingredients
- 1 Tbs Olive Oil
- 12 oz criollo, cooked and sliced
- 2 pints cherry tomatoes
- 2 cloves garlic
- 4 sprigs thyme
- 2 bunches (500g) broccolini, halved lengthwise
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 3 tbs butter
- crutons, dried bread, or rice
Steps
Saute (already cooked) sausage until brown.
Add tomatoes, garlic, thyme, for 2 minutes to burst tomatoes
Add broccolini, salt, pepper. Cook covered 2 min
Add butter
Serve over rice or dried bread
