Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless chicken thighs, sliced
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 Tbs olive oil
  • 4 pitas
  • 3 mini cucumbers, sliced 1/4"
  • 1 large tomato, diced
  • hummus
  • 1 c Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 c parsley, for garnish
  • lemon wedges, for garnish
  • flaky salt, for garnish

Steps

Toss chicken, cumin, salt, pepper. Pan fry 5 min Broil pitas to warm
