- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 Tbs olive oil
- 4 pitas
- 3 mini cucumbers, sliced 1/4"
- 1 large tomato, diced
- hummus
- 1 c Greek yogurt
- 1/4 c parsley, for garnish
- lemon wedges, for garnish
- flaky salt, for garnish
