Ingredients
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt (130g)
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard (60g)
- 3 to 4 tablespoons honey, to taste (60-85g)
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar or more lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, pressed or minced
- 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
- 10 twists of freshly ground black pepper

Whisk all ingredients. Add additional pepper if desired
