Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp chopped chives
  • 1.5 tsp Dijon horseradish mustard
  • loaf of bread, white or with cereals
  • cooking spray
  • 8 oz Cabot horseradish cheddar cheese sliced
  • 5 oz sliced roast beef
  • 2 medium tomatoes
  • 1/4 red onion
  • 1 cup of baby arugula or spinach

Steps

1) In a bowl combine cream,chives, and mustard 2) Heat bread slices for 2 minutes Then place 3 slices of bread per sandwich and let it cook t slow heat on top of the bread for 3 minutes, then remove the bread from heat 3) layer in the sandwich 3 slices roast beef, tomato, onion, arugula and sour cream mixture 4) 451 calories, 21g fat, 34 g carbo hydrates, 3 g fiber, 27 g protein, 1.1 g sodium prep 15 min cook 6 minutes
