Ingredients

  • 1 pck penne pasta
  • 6 tblsp unsalted butter
  • 1 cup panko
  • 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan
  • 1/4 cup all purpose flour
  • 4 cups vitamin D
  • 8 oz shredded fontina cheese
  • 8 oz shredded gruyere cheese
  • 8 oz shredded white cheddar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp groun pepper
  • 4 large Roma tomatoes

Steps

1) Preheat oven to 375 F 2) Boil pasta 3) melt 2 tbls butter in sauce pan and add panko until crumbs are moistened. 4) melt remaining butter in another sauce pan, stir in flour, and then milk like making bechamel. 5) Add the 3 cheese, salt pepper, and pasta 6) Pour mixture in a baking dish, arranged sliced tomato on top and add panko crumbs. Bake for 30-35 min until top is brown
