Ingredients

  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 cup hoisin sauce
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp grated ginger
  • 1tsp chili garlic paste
  • 1.5 lb ribs
  • 1 lime
  • 12 oz snow peas
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp of ginger dressing

Steps

1) Preheat oven to 250 F, and place ribs in a lasagna container with aluminum foi 2) In a bowl mix the garlic, hoisin sauce, sugar, soy sauce, ginger and chili garlic 3) Dip ribs in sauce and then pace them on the dish. Use the left over sauce mix to cover the ribs. 4) Heat for 2 hours or until meat reaches 145F 5) Accompany the meat with snow peas, fried in a bit of peanut oil. once they turn greener, add the lime juice, the soy sauce and the ginger sauce
