Ingredients
- 1 cup instant couscous
- 2 cups apple/cranberry juice
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 2 Tbs orange zest
- 8 oz fresh rasperries
- 8 oz fresh blewberries
- 8 oz fresh strawberries, halves
- 8 oz Greek yogurt
- 2 Tbs corn syrup
- Mint leaves
Steps
1) Bring juice and cinnamon stick to boil. Add juice to instant couscous, cover in plastic wrap, and let sit 5 min. Remove cinnamon stick. Fluff with fork.
2) Add zest and most of fruit. Divide into bowls. Sprinkle with remaining fruit. Top with yogurt and mint.
