Ingredients

  • 1 cup instant couscous
  • 2 cups apple/cranberry juice
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 2 Tbs orange zest
  • 8 oz fresh rasperries
  • 8 oz fresh blewberries
  • 8 oz fresh strawberries, halves
  • 8 oz Greek yogurt
  • 2 Tbs corn syrup
  • Mint leaves

Steps

1) Bring juice and cinnamon stick to boil. Add juice to instant couscous, cover in plastic wrap, and let sit 5 min. Remove cinnamon stick. Fluff with fork. 2) Add zest and most of fruit. Divide into bowls. Sprinkle with remaining fruit. Top with yogurt and mint.
