Ingredients
- 1 lime
- 1 ripe mango, cut in 1/4 inch cubes
- 1/2 small red onion
- 2 tbsp fresh cilantro
- 2 tsp olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 garlic clove
- 1.5 lb fresh salmon
Steps
1) Squeeze lime in a bowl, stir in mango, red onion, cilantro, oil, salt, and black pepper.
2) grill salmon, seasoned with salt and pepper
3) Top salmon with relish
