Ingredients

  • 1 lime
  • 1 ripe mango, cut in 1/4 inch cubes
  • 1/2 small red onion
  • 2 tbsp fresh cilantro
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1.5 lb fresh salmon

Steps

1) Squeeze lime in a bowl, stir in mango, red onion, cilantro, oil, salt, and black pepper. 2) grill salmon, seasoned with salt and pepper 3) Top salmon with relish
