Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 lb golden potatoes cut in 1" cubes
  • 6 cups of water
  • 4 medium leaks
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp thyme
  • 1 cup of half and half
  • 1/4 tsp of white pepper
  • 1/3 cup sherry wine
  • sour cream
  • Bacon

Steps

1) Boiled potatoes in water and add salt for 15 min until potatoes are soft 2) Fried clean and sliced leeks and thyme 3) add all ingredients to the potatoes and water (except sour cream) puree with a blender. 4) Serve with sour cream
