Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 package of white mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 2 cups whipping cream
  • salt & pepper
  • 2 lb gold potatoes (6 big potatoes) thinly sliced
  • 1 package ( 8 oz ) shredded Swiss cheese
  • sherry wine
  • 2 tbsp of chives

Steps

1) Preheat oven at 325 F. Add olive oil to fry pan and fry muchrooms for 8 min, stir in onion and cook for 5 min add wine, cream, chives, salt and pepper, simmer for 3 min 2) Spray ceramic baking dish with cooking spray. Spread half of the potatoes on the dish then top with half mushroom mixture and half cheese Repeat layering 3) Bake gratin uncovered for 1 hour until potatoes are soft
