Ingredients

  • 6 tbsp peanut butter or other nut butter
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 cups puffed rice
  • 1/4 cup cashews
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 cup dried apricots
  • 1/4 cup sun flower seeds
  • 3 tsp f white or black sesame seeds
  • 1/4 cup melted white chocolate for ornament is desired

Steps

1) Preheat oven at 150C (300 F) Line 20 cm square baking pan with baking paper. Ensure that paper overhangs on the sides so you can remove the bars 2) Place peanut butter, honey and vanilla in a sauce pan over low heat. Heat gently until well combined and softened 3) Mix all the other ingredients in a large bowl 4) Pour over peanut butter and honey mixture and mix until well combined 5) Pour mixture in prepared pan and press down. Bake in the oven for 25 min or until lightly golden. Remove from the oven and allow to cool down 6) When cooled, drizzle melted white chocolate, and store in the fridge. When cooled cut the bars, remove from the pan and stored in freezer.
