Ingredients
- 3/4 cup whipping cream
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup Butter
- 4 Tbs (Irish) whisky
- 4 oz chopped semi-sweet chocolate
- 2 oc chopped unsweetened chocolate
- 1 tsp Vanilla
Steps
1) Heat cream, sugar, butter in saucepan over medium heat, stirring until sugar disolves
2) Simmer until slightly thickened (~6 minutes)
3) Add whisky
4) Simmer ~3 minutes
5) Remove from heat
6) Add both chocolates and vanilla
7) Mix until smooth
