Ingredients
- *2 Tbs Tahini
- *2 Tbs water
- *2 Tbs rice wine vinegar
- *2 Tbs soy sauce
- *1 1/2 Tbs dark sesame oil
- *2 Tbs honey
- * 1/2tsp Salt
- * 1/2 tsp grated fresh ginger
- * 1/2 tsp chile pase with garlic
- *2 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 oz uncooked whole wheat spaghetti - very thin
- 5 cups sliced zucchini (or broccoli)
- 2 cups matchstick-cut carrots
- 3/4 cup sliced green onion
- 1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 3 Tbs toasted sesame seed
- Salt
Steps
1) Mix * ingredients
2) Cook pasta 5 minutes
3) (Add broccoli) cook 1 minute more
4) Add carrot & cook 1 minute
5) Drain
6) Saute zucchini
7) Drain pasta
8) Add zucchini, stir in sauce
9) Serve immediately
