Ingredients

  • *2 Tbs Tahini
  • *2 Tbs water
  • *2 Tbs rice wine vinegar
  • *2 Tbs soy sauce
  • *1 1/2 Tbs dark sesame oil
  • *2 Tbs honey
  • * 1/2tsp Salt
  • * 1/2 tsp grated fresh ginger
  • * 1/2 tsp chile pase with garlic
  • *2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 8 oz uncooked whole wheat spaghetti - very thin
  • 5 cups sliced zucchini (or broccoli)
  • 2 cups matchstick-cut carrots
  • 3/4 cup sliced green onion
  • 1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 3 Tbs toasted sesame seed
  • Salt

Steps

1) Mix * ingredients 2) Cook pasta 5 minutes 3) (Add broccoli) cook 1 minute more 4) Add carrot & cook 1 minute 5) Drain 6) Saute zucchini 7) Drain pasta 8) Add zucchini, stir in sauce 9) Serve immediately
