Ingredients
- 8 oz grated mozzarella, divided
- 16 oz cottage cheese
- 10 oz froz spinach-thaw & dry
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 8 oz pkg manicotti (14 shells)
- 26 oz jar pasta sauce
- Cooking spray
- 1 cup water
Steps
1) Combine 1 1/2 cup (6 oz) mozzarella, cottage cheese, spinach, Parmesan, oregano, and salt
2) Stuff into each uncooked manicotti
3) Pour half of pasta sauce in 9x13" pan sprayed with cooking spray
4) Arrange stuffed shells in single layer over sauce, top with remaining sauce
5) Pour 1 cup water into dish
6) Sprinkle with remaining cheese
7) Cover with foil
8) Bake at 375F for 1 hour
9) Let stand 10 min before serving
