Ingredients
- 2-2 1/4 cup Flour
- 1 pkg yeast
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 cup warm H2O (120F-130F)
- 1 Tbs Olive Oil
- Topping:
- 3 plum Tomatoes, diced
- 5 med mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 3 Tbs Olive Oil
- 2 tsp red wine vinegar
- 3/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp oregano
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 2 tsp cornmeal
Steps
1) Mix 2 cup flour, yeast, and salt
2) Add water and oil
3) Mix with bread hook until smooth and elastic, adding remaining flour as needed
4) Cover and let rise 15 minutes
5) Meanwhile, combine vegetables, oil, vinegar, and seasonings
6) Coat 15x10x1" pan (or pizza pan) with cooking spray, then sprinkle with cornmeal
7) Press dough into pan, cover with vegetable mixture and bake 8-10 minutes at 475F
