Ingredients
- 2-2 1/2 cups Flour (240-300g)
- 1 pkg yeast
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 cup warm water (120F-130F, 226g 40sec)
- 1 10-oz pkg chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- 1 cup chopped mushrooms
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- Salt & Pepper
- 2 cups (8 oz) grated mozzarella
- 1 jar pizza sauce
- 2 Tbs Parmesan cheese
- Pepperoni
Steps
1) Mix 2 cup flour, yeast, and salt
2) Add water and oil
3) Mix with bread hook, adding flour as needed
4) Cover and let rise ~15-20min
5) Roll 2/3 of dough into 10" circle
6) Transfer to 9" greased spring form pan, pressing up sides
7) Combine spinach, mushrooms, onion, salt & pepper
8) Sprinkle half of cheese over crust
9) Cover with spinach mixture, half of pizza sauce, then remaining cheese
10) Roll out remaining dough to 9" circle, place over cheese layer and seal
11) Bake 25-30 min at 400F
12) Top with remaining pizza sauce and Parmesan cheese, bake 5 min
