Ingredients
- Pepper
- 1/4 cup diced red pepper
- 1/8 cup chopped scallion
- 1/4 cup diced green olives
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
- 1/2 Tbs soup base
- 1 tsp liquid smoke
- 1 Tbs hot sauce
- 1 Tbs molasses
- 1/2 cup diced tomato
- 2 cup water
- 1/2 cup white rice (raw)
- 1/2 cup lentil
Steps
1) Combine all ingredients in a saucepan
2) Simmer 35-40 minutes or until lentils are tender

4) Combine all ingredients in sprayed 9x9 baking pan
5) Bake at 400F for 60 min
