Ingredients

  • Pepper
  • 1/4 cup diced red pepper
  • 1/8 cup chopped scallion
  • 1/4 cup diced green olives
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1/2 Tbs soup base
  • 1 tsp liquid smoke
  • 1 Tbs hot sauce
  • 1 Tbs molasses
  • 1/2 cup diced tomato
  • 2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup white rice (raw)
  • 1/2 cup lentil

Steps

1) Combine all ingredients in a saucepan 2) Simmer 35-40 minutes or until lentils are tender 3) - or - 4) Combine all ingredients in sprayed 9x9 baking pan 5) Bake at 400F for 60 min
