Ingredients

  • 1 1/2-1 3/4 cup Flour
  • 1 pkg yeast
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2/3 cup warm water
  • 2 tsp cornmeal
  • 1/3 cup (3 oz) pesto sauce
  • 3/4 cup frozen spinach, drained
  • Lemon juice
  • 3 oz sliced portbello mushrooms
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, diced
  • 2 plum tomatoes, diced
  • 1/3 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 1 cup (4 oz) lowfat mozzarella, grated
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • Salt & Pepper

Steps

1) Mix flour, yeast, and salt 2) Add water, and mix with bread hook 3) Let rist 15 min 4) Sprinkle pizza stone (or greased pan) with cornmeal 5) Roll out dough 6) Cover with veggies & chz 7) Bake 10-15 min 450F
