Ingredients

  • 1 lb sliced mushrooms
  • 1 sliced onion
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • thyme
  • 2-4 Tbs dry white wine
  • 3/4-1 cup yogurt/sour cream mix
  • 1 oz chopped cashews
  • Egg noodles
  • poppy seeds

Steps

1) Saute onions, mushrooms, garlic, thyme 2) Add white wine and nuts 3) Cook for a couple minutes 4) Add yogurt and sour cream, and remove from heat 5) Serve over egg noodles, mixed with poppy seeds
