Ingredients
- 1 lb sliced mushrooms
- 1 sliced onion
- 1 clove Garlic
- thyme
- 2-4 Tbs dry white wine
- 3/4-1 cup yogurt/sour cream mix
- 1 oz chopped cashews
- Egg noodles
- poppy seeds
Steps
1) Saute onions, mushrooms, garlic, thyme
2) Add white wine and nuts
3) Cook for a couple minutes
4) Add yogurt and sour cream, and remove from heat
5) Serve over egg noodles, mixed with poppy seeds
